School Stress Anyone??

OK - so even though it is the beginning of the semester, I am already beginning to feel the stress beginning to accumulate in my shoulders. I am filling my mind with positive self-talk and it is working, to a degree. Rather than becoming overwhelmed like I have an previous semesters, I am attempting to organize myself like never before. This is definitely helping and my planner has become my new side-kick. Any one else try something that works besides becoming OCD with their school planner. Haha, laughing at myself is another technique I am trying!
